Find the Chandler clinic on South Dobson Road

Dobson Road gives much of Chandler a direct drive

From Historic Downtown, drive south on Arizona Avenue to Pecos, then west to Dobson. Drive north on Dobson Road when coming from Ocotillo or Fulton Ranch. Starting in north Chandler, drive south on Dobson Road past Chandler Regional and continue to the clinic address. From east Chandler, travel west on Germann or Pecos, then turn onto Dobson Road.

Road work and traffic can change the drive. If lifting or reaching is hard, tell the clinic while booking. Ask how many visits may be needed and whether the arm will have limits afterward.

The first visit should cover how the soreness began, sleep, strength, and lost motion. A provider may compare both shoulders and check the neck. After that exam, a scan may help if the provider suspects a tear, arthritis, or another cause. Not every ache needs one.

Ask the provider to name the likely cause in plain words. Find out which movements are safe at home and when another check is due. A family member can come if you want help hearing or remembering the answers.

3. In the MOON Shoulder prospective cohort of 452 patients with symptomatic, ATRAUMATIC full-thickness rotator cuff tears, physical therapy succeeded in more than 70% of patients at 10 years: only 115 (27.0%) had surgery at any point over the decade. Patient-reported outcomes improved with physical therapy and did NOT decline over 10 years in those who never had surgery. The strongest predictor of early surgery was low patient expectation of physical therapy, not tear anatomy.
